About us

We are a small local family-owned business, serving Sarasota & Manatee county areas. We take pride in our work, and we strive to provide the best customer service possible! 

How do we work?

Your technician will show up to your home in uniform, so you know who we are, and will  remove & bag all the pet waste from your back yard. We haul away the poop, so you don't need to worry about a thing! We also leave a note behind, letting you know we were there. If we notice anything odd in your pet's poop, such as parasites, mucus, or discoloration - we will let you know right away!

How often do you clean your equipment?

We make sure to clean and disinfect all of our equipment between each home. We will never show up to your yard with dirty tools! We try our best to avoid the possible spread of bacteria.

How often should I have you clean my yard?

Our recommendation is 1 dog = once per week. 2 dogs = twice per week & 3+ dogs = three times per week. The odor eliminator & flea/tick treatment can be used once per week. 

How do you charge?

We send you a bill monthly. You get to decide which date works best for you between the 1st -16th as we want to be as flexible as possible for our customers. We accept check, cash, and Zelle. 

What happens if the weather is bad?

We work in just about any type of weather conditions, rain or shine. However, we will not work in hurricanes, tropical storm warnings, or floods. 

What about the holidays?

We do not work on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday & Christmas Day. If your scheduled day happens to land on one of these holidays, we will reschedule to another day that week. 

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. Please keep your gate unlocked or you can provide us with a code or key to enter. 

Can you work with my dog(s) in the yard?

Yes! As long as they are friendly & will allow strangers in your yard, we have no problem with that!

What if I want to skip a service day?

Please let us know in advance so we don't show up to your property. You will not be charged if you give prior notice.  

How much notice do you need for scheduled transportation pick - ups?

Please give us at least a  24 hour notice before the requested scheduled pick-up time.
